Booking Conditions

1. The above rates are in Indian rupees and are on per person basis
2. Rates are applicable for new bookings only and are applicable for a minimum of 02 passengers traveling together
3. Rates are not applicable during exhibitions, conventions and special events. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking
4. Rates are nett and non commissionable and inclusive of all taxes
5. Standard check in time is at 1400 hours & check out time is 1200 hours
6. Cancellation policy to be advised once the reservation is confirmed
7. For one adult and one child traveling please use the adult rate for the child
8. All complaints or claims should be made in writing within 10 days of passengers departure from Thailand
9. No refund shall be made for unutilized services
10. Rates are applicable for the India nationals only
11. For SIC Transfers & Tours : Guests are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby 10 minutes before the pick-up time as mentioned in itinerary and may have to wait for a period of about 30 minutes depending upon traffic , other picking up of guests and location of the hotel on the route.
