Itinerary

DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN SRINAGAR + LOCAL SIGHTSEEING + SHIKARA RIDE

On arrival at Srinagar Airport, Meeting and assistance, on arrival and transfer to Houseboat. Check into Houseboat. After freshen up, enjoy 01 Hour Boat Ride on Dal Lake by a gondola Boat called” SHIKARA” witness the ride on lake, called Venice of India & experience the aquatic life of Srinagar. Dinner & Overnight at the Houseboat

DAY 02: SRINAGAR TO PAHALGAM

After Breakfast, check out from the Hotel. Drive to Pahalgam called as “Valley of Shepherds. Enroute visit Saffron Fields. Pahalgam has the surrounding beauty & A small village set in pine and fir forest is pleasing and offers a good view. In Pahalgam, Enjoy the nature & walk around the banks of River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for some trekking routes also & is the base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. Full-day visits to the beautiful valley, Betaab valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwarii. (At your own cost). Drive back to Srinagar. Dinner & Overnight at the Hotel.

DAY 03: PAHALGAM TO SRINAGAR + LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

After Breakfast, check out from the Hotel. Drive back to Srinagar. On arrival, check into Hotel. After freshen up, Visit Mughal Garden "Nishat" (The Garden of Pleasure) and "Shalimar" (Abode of All). Drive along the Lake side on Boulevard. On return visit a local Handicrafts Emporium for hand-knotted specialty silken carpets, shawls, jewellery ornaments. Dinner & Overnight at the Hotel.

DAY 04: SRINAGAR – GULMARG – SRINAGAR

After Breakfast, Full Day Excursion of Gulmarg at an altitude of 8700-ft. Gulmarg also referred as Meadow of Flowers is a famous Ski Resort & the world’s highest 18-hole Golf Course. The place was prominent during the British time. Enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Ride – OPTIONAL (Gondola) (At your OWN Cost). Drive back to Srinagar. Dinner & Overnight at the Hotel.

DAY 05: SRINAGAR – SONAMARG – SRINAGAR

After Breakfast, Full Day Excursion to Sonamarg. Situated at an altitude of 9000 Ft. Sonamarg – 84 Kms is also called as “The meadow of gold” has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River that meanders through the valley abounds with trout and mahaseer. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier (At your own cost), which is a major local attraction during the summer. Drive back to Srinagar. Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel

DAY 06: DEPARTURE FROM SRINAGAR

In time of Departure, Transfer will be provided to Airport to board the Flight for Onward Destination

PAYMENT POLICY:

50% advance at the time of booking confirmation

50% balance 15 days prior to the travel date.

In case the booking is made within 15 days of travel, 100% advance is required at the time of confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

16 Days or more prior to the date of arrival – 15% of the total bill will be charged.

15 Days prior to the date of arrival- 25% of the total bill will be charged.

07 Days prior to the date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged

07 Days less than the date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged

Cancellation of some particular hotels is different from the above. The cancellation policy of those hotels will apply over & above the package cancellation, whichever is higher e.g. Grand Dragon etc.

We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by the passenger.

No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.

Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.

Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus

Any dispute will be subject to jurisdiction

Any addition in Tax or Fuel charge done by Airlines / Transport Company etc. will be chargeable to the travelers.

Kindly note that names of hotels / Camps mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on the usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above mentioned hotels, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.

Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in the next available higher category of rooms and shall advise the supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.

We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost

No Cars are allowed to move inside Gulmarg area, due to the issue of horse owner’s association.

We are not responsible for any local dealing of clients with Local market vendors or pony wala’s or Local guide in Gulmarg.

Shikara ride is for a 01-hour ride as per package, if it is included in the package.

Advise your client to travel as per itinerary and on the last day we count as drop only, if the client does any sightseeing on the last day, it will be extra.

If it is about disposal, the car will be on disposal from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm with 1 place sightseeing.

If there is a night stay in Gulmarg then the car will drop the client at the Hotel and if there is a day trip the car will drop the client at the parking.

Kindly Note: Clients / Guests have to make direct payment for the below sightseeing points.

In Pahalgam: Horse Riding, Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Baisaran Valley

In Gulmarg: Horse Riding, Gondola Ride, Zorbing or any other sports activity.

In Sonamarg: Thajiwas Glacier, Horse Riding & Zero Point.

Guests can book the taxi/ ponies / gondolas at the particular place
